It's the RP way of saying General Chat in Warhammer. For the Empire and it's mighty Inquisitors and Witch Hunters constantly battered the public and looked for just the slightest tainted notion; it was reason enough to persecute! We don't do that here, but fun to play along in the spirit of Warhammer and it's culture.
