Hera, I transferred the guild into your name on Phoenix Throne. I should have read the website first before doing so but I didn't realize there was a server move in place.

TODO: Transfer leadership back to me so I can move the guild to Badlands.

Since you are already in queue to have your character transfer moved, the guild will have a "ghost" leader unless you login BEFORE you character transfer is complete. Get into PT and give me leadership back ASAP.

Update on the Guild Transfer status. After talking to Mythic on the phone on three separate occasions, I think I am finally convinced they can do nothing in game over the phone it seems. Silly.

I have filed two tickets so far on our guild issue and both times, the CSR has told me that they can do nothing to reverse our roster so we can have a "real" person do the guild transfer. They are still saying at this point that 30 days is what we have to wait before the guild will be handed back over to me. Silly x 2.

However, I am not giving up at this point. My next attempt, tomorrow, will be calling a manager of customer service and letting off my steam at this taxing transfer and filling them full of holes with explicit details of how binding players feel under their support system.

I'll update you all as soon I get in touch with them again. I'll be traveling up North over the next couple of days so it might be Wednesday before I can get some action going here.

I'm online tonight trying to get the guild moved. Waiting for a CSR, again. Hopefully they will respond during the duration I can wait online.

Well I sat online for 3 hours on Thursday, Friday and for at least 4 hours on Sunday night and my ticket still has not been answered.

Hera or whoever still has ANY toon in the guild on Phoenix Throne, please file a ticket and see if they cannot make you guild leader so you can use the /transferguild command. I have tried on several accounts and I am getting now where with this process.

I'll keep trying but maybe if more of us file tickets, we can get this resolved. And we need to act fast because they are closing the server down soon.

i dont have any alts boss , damm , everyone with chars there please do this , but when the server come down maybe will not be easier to make the transfer?i tried send an CSR by Badlands server.

I still have a toon on PT. i will send a request when i get home from work and see if i can get it switched over to me.

I will move everything tomorrow (Saturday). I will still need 6 people to hep me recreate the guild tomorrow on Badlands Server. Is anyone around to do so?

If we can get it done tomorrow, that will be great because I will be on the road all day Sunday and won't be able to log in.

Im off to spend time with friends tonight, but i'll check the site to see what times everyone can be available and ill make a point to meet you all so we can get setup on Badlands.

i got the guild packed up tonight. I have requested a move to Badlands server and just have to wait til it gets processed. Hopefully it will happen before tomorrow so we can get set up before I start my drive to Atlanta, but not sure of their holiday hours etc.

Merry Christmas and I'll keep you all posted as milestones appear for me.

Looks like my other toons are getting moved pretty quickly. So lets plan on meeting afternoon tomorrow if you all can. Need 6 people, which im sure we can round up peeps to help, about 1-2 PM EST. If the time slot is no good, I'll try to round up who I can to get it created. And then check again about 5-6 PM to see if people need invites and what not.

I'll make everyone able to invite and have update settings so we can get the admin tools all set up again.
