So this is a list of extraneous members and officers that might exist that are not actually a character played by someone?

Not sure, but figured the players with their characters were the ones who control everything and roleplay could bring in extraneous people that handle more mundane things like messages, scribing, or whatever.

So in a nut shell my idea of notable officer and members are the chars of the players to include the ones that are of the past.

in fact what i tyred to say is that the list was for both things LOL , npcs and players , just me and my bad english again x.x.
