The Phoenix Crown Alliance Charter
Mission
Alliance Leadership/Council
The Council will be made up of all alliance officers and guild leaders, and will be responsible for the running of the alliance. They are the group that will vote on the majority of alliance issues, representing their guild. Each guild has one vote, so if Guild A had 3 officers, and Guild B had 6 officers, they would both get the same number of votes (1). Issues that will be voted upon by the Council, needing a 2/3 majority vote: Expulsion of a guild, Acceptance of a guild, and other administrative actions. The Council has a forum on this website for administrative discussion. Designation of members to be alliance officers is left up to the guild leaders.

Alliance Chat and Communication:
The alliance channel is not strictly a roleplay channel, although roleplay is always welcome. /say and /em are strongly encouraged to be a roleplay channel. It is preferential that any out of character comments be marked with brackets (( )) or OOC:. Vent is not required, but members are welcome to use it. It is required that members treat others with respect and dignity in all channels; personal insults, flaming, and trolling are strictly disallowed.
General Conduct
Trolling, flaming, harassment, personal insults, etc. are all forbidden. All members are required to obey the Mythic Terms of Service, and compliance with Mythic moderators is essential as well. Exploits and cheating are prohibited in any form, and will result in expulsion. When rolling for loot, Need on Use is greatly encouraged, please greed when the item is not usable by your class. members should behave in a way that gives a good representation of the alliance as a whole.
New Guilds
The alliance will designate a recruiter(s) to find roleplay guilds and players. This recruiter will have the authority to invite a guild for a trial week, and if after that week the Council accepts them, they will become full members of the alliance.
ORVR Leadership
Leadership in the field of battle (Open Realm vs. Realm) will be held by a member of the Council. The current elected oRVR Leader is Heraclios, as of Alliance Meeting 1. The responsibility of this position is to lead our warbands into battle, and to lead PuGs if the need arises.

- To develop an extensive roleplay community on the Badlands server of Warhammer Online.
- To create a fun, organized, friendly, and responsible roleplay alliance environment.
- To fight against the hordes of destruction in both the PVE and PVP aspects of the game.
