Tropa de Elite - Elite Troop - , BOPE

the B.O.P.E or Battalion of Especial Operations from Police of Rio de Janeiro , is the organization of elite police forces , specialized in fighting criminal organizations inside the 'Favelas' in the state of Rio de Janeiro , becouse of the long way spreaded corruption for over years inside the state police , this special operation force was created and manage to be one of the best Urban Warfare/Criminal/Anti-terrorist assault forces in the world .

they are acused inside UN to have torture pratices with prisioners and others , the problem is that the mind-way inside BOPE is the same from the old SS from germany in WW II [without fanatism and why the symbol is a skull] and since they are always in constanct action along with the hardiness training , forged this special forces.
